Hibot Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the "Information Security Basic Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") as a guideline to implement appropriate security measures for the assets held by the Company, and to prevent security incidents and accidents, and to continuously work on information security measures..
- Scope of Application
This policy covers "assets" handled by the Company in the course of its business activities within the scope specified in the ISMS Scope of Application. Assets shall be defined as our information, information systems (hardware and software), network services, office equipment, and building facilities, and shall cover all tangible and intangible assets that we deem necessary for the execution of our business.
- Implementation Policy
We shall set specific goals to achieve the Information Security Implementation Policy, ensure the implementation of control measures, and strive for continuous improvement.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company and its employees shall comply with laws, regulations, business requirements, and contractual requirements related to information security that are separately stipulated.
